I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always wearing smiles and ready to help. The lobby and dining area were modern and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfy. Additionally, the location was perfect as it allowed me to get a nice feel for the city by walking around the local area. It was away from the touristy part, which I personally enjoyed. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet was awesome with a variety of delicious options like dosas and idli.

The bed sheet and towel, even if washed, were plenty of spots, The bed cover was really dirty and with hairs. Noisy late night with staff communication with loud radio.

I was pleasantly surprised by the interesting photo displays and historical information about Mumbai throughout the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The location was also convenient for accessing taxis and nearby attractions like the Siddhivinayak Temple and VM Clinic. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for Christmas with family. Free WiFi was a plus and complimentary breakfast was decent. Beach view at walking distance made early morning walk a delight.

Rooms were too small, old and smelly. Bathrooms were poorly maintained.

During Christmas, my stay at this hotel was pretty decent. The two complementary facts offered were great. The best aspects were the convenient location close to the sea face and easy access to public transportation. Also, the breakfast was great with a decent variety of options to choose from.

The worst aspects included the lack of cleanliness around the hotel, specifically the lobby area. Also, the room was not very spacious and felt cramped.
